What AccuTodo accesses

When you connect your Google account, AccuTodo requests read-only access to your Google Calendar (calendar.readonly). It uses this solely to display your events on your AccuTodo weekly grid. AccuTodo never creates, edits, or deletes Google Calendar events.

What we store

We store an encrypted Google refresh token and your calendar list/visibility preferences so the integration keeps working between sessions. We do not store the contents of your calendar events; they are fetched live each time you load the app and are not retained.

Data sharing and retention

We do not sell or share your data. Your tokens and preferences are isolated per user. You can disconnect at any time in Settings, which deletes the stored token and calendar preferences. AccuTodo's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
